We use DAC poles and parts, the industry standard, so replacement sections match the diameter and strength of the original on tents from REI, Big Agnes, Black Diamond, Exped, Helinox and many others. Shock cord is replaced through the full pole set so the tension is even, and tips, inserts and hubs are swapped for matching parts.
Pack the poles folded in a box or a mailing tube with your repair order number. Do not send the tent body unless it also needs work.
