What we collect
When you request an estimate, start a repair order, contact us or apply for a job, we collect what you give us: name, email, phone, shipping address, photos of your gear, and details about the repair. Payment is taken through a hosted payment page; card numbers are not stored on this site.
How we use it
To assess, quote, repair, ship and follow up on your order; to answer your questions; and, if you opt in, to send order updates by text message. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
If you tick the box to receive texts, we send order updates to the number you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.
Who sees it
Our staff at the Seattle and Morganton facilities, the carriers who ship your gear, our payment processor, and the service that sends our emails and texts. Warranty repairs are shared with the manufacturer that authorized them.
