Questions about sleeping bags
How often should a down bag be washed?
When it has lost loft or smells, or after a season of heavy use. A proper wash and dry restores loft; we use industrial machines and PFAS-free Revivex cleaners.
Can you guarantee odor or stain removal?
No. We cannot guarantee complete odor or stain removal with a laundry service. Note the location and cause of any stain on your order; spot cleaning is an extra charge that we waive if the stain will not come out.
