Yes. Custom modifications are part of what we do. Describe what you want on the estimate request and we will tell you what is possible on your pack.
My pack is old and the brand no longer exists. Can you still fix it?
Usually. We carry many parts and fabrics, but not every branded or specialty part, so some repairs use stock parts. You are welcome to supply your own parts.
