Questions about Patagonia repairs
Will the patch match the color?
Patches are visible and we cannot guarantee a color match. Ask for an email with color options on the order if it matters to you.
Is my repair covered under warranty?
We are the authorized repair facility for many companies that make outdoor gear, but always check with the manufacturer before sending us a warranty repair. Some companies require a return authorization number (RA#) that only the manufacturer can issue. If you have one, put it on your repair order. Rainy Pass Repair does not issue RA numbers.
