Whether you need a pack, tent or rain jacket repaired, modified or altered, we have the most comprehensive services available. We are recommended by some of the biggest names in the outdoor industry for expert warranty repairs and after-sale consumer needs. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We became a GORE-TEX® authorized repair center early on, because GORE-TEX® jackets were more expensive than everything else and worth repairing. Forty years later the shop works on every technical fabric the industry makes, from two facilities: the original in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood and a second in Morganton, North Carolina, so East Coast customers and brands ship less distance.

Sustainability practices

Rainy Pass Repair is a Seattle Green Business. Repair is the most sustainable thing you can do with a piece of gear, and when repair is not an option the Pass Down Program keeps it out of the landfill. We clean and reuse fabric from recycled and abandoned garments for patches, which also cuts the waste we and our warranty partners produce. All laundering products are Revivex, free of forever chemicals, and our DWR is PFAS-free.

Rent and lend
