Pass Down Program recycling: flat $6 per item.
Slider or zipper?
If your zipper separates when you try to close it, we most likely only need to replace the slider. If you see damage to the teeth or the tape, we may need to replace the whole zipper. Send a photo and we will tell you which.
What else affects the price
- Rush. 50% rush fee for next-business-day service; 30% for 4 business days. At our discretion, and shipping time is extra.
- Return shipping. FedEx Ground at the published rate, charged on every order. Your own label is welcome with a $3 per box handling fee. Insured to $100; more on request.
- Parts. We carry many parts and fabrics but not every branded part. You may supply your own.
- Estimates are free. You pay inbound and return shipping whether or not we can do the repair. If it is past repair and you do not want it back, we recycle it at no charge.
