What we wash
Waterproof-breathable jackets and pants, down jackets, synthetic and down sleeping bags, GORE-TEX® and DryLoft bags, down comforters. Enzyme treatment is available for heavy soil and odor.
All of our in-house laundering products are made by Revivex. Every Revivex product is 100% free of forever chemicals that can be left behind during washing, and our Revivex DWR solution is entirely PFAS-free.

Shipping is not included. Spot cleaning is extra and waived if the stain will not come out. Laundry liability is limited to $150 per item.

Laundry questions
What is DWR and why restore it?
DWR is the durable water repellent finish that makes water bead on the face fabric. When it wears off, the shell wets out and stops breathing. A proper wash and a fresh DWR treatment brings it back. Our DWR solution is PFAS-free.
Can you guarantee odor or stain removal?
No. We cannot guarantee complete odor or stain removal. Note the location and cause of any stain on your order. Spot cleaning is an extra charge, waived if the stain will not come out.
Do I need laundry before a repair?
All items sent in for repair must be clean and free of debris. If yours is not, add laundry to the order and we wash it first.
