Hunting bibs, ski pants, rain pants and insulated bibs come in with blown-out knees, worn seats, frayed cuffs, torn scuff guards and side zippers that no longer run. We rebuild knees and seats with new panels, replace full zippers or just the sliders, re-seal patches on waterproof fabric and replace suspender clips, buckles and snaps.
If the pants are waterproof-breathable, every patch is sealed so they stay dry. If they are insulated, we keep the insulation intact and close the shell over it.

Can you shorten or lengthen technical pants?
Yes. Hemming and other alterations on technical pants are done with factory construction. See alterations.
Will a knee rebuild match the fabric?
We keep a range of technical fabrics, but a new panel is visible and we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. We confirm the fabric with you before we start.
