Down sweaters, parkas and vests are patched with lightweight down-proof ripstop so the fill stays put, then topped up with premium recycled 800 fill down where it has thinned. Torn baffles and seams are re-sewn, and sliders or full zippers are replaced.
If the jacket has lost loft overall, add a Down Wash. Industrial washing and drying with PFAS-free Revivex products restores loft and warmth.

Will the patch be noticeable?
Patches sit on the outside of the garment and are visible. We aim for a factory finish and cannot guarantee a color match; ask for color options by email if it matters.
How much down do you add?
Enough to bring the affected chambers back to the loft of the rest of the jacket. Refill is quoted after we see the piece.
