Co-op tents use DAC poles, the parts we stock, so pole re-strings and section replacements are quick. Rain flies and floors are patched and seam taped; jackets get sealed patches and new zippers; packs get buckles, webbing and straps; bags get zippers and 800 fill down.
If you bought the item at REI and think it is a defect, talk to your store first. For wear and damage, start a repair order here and ship it to Seattle or Morganton.

Does REI send repairs to you?
REI is one of our brand partners. Ask your store whether your item can be routed through REI, or send any REI Co-op item to us directly with a repair order.
Is my repair covered under warranty?
We are the authorized repair facility for many companies that make outdoor gear, but always check with the manufacturer before sending us a warranty repair. Some companies require a return authorization number (RA#) that only the manufacturer can issue. If you have one, put it on your repair order. Rainy Pass Repair does not issue RA numbers.
