Tent work is the most common: shock cord that has gone slack, cracked pole sections, torn fly corners and worn floors. Jackets come in for zippers and patches, bags for zippers and loft.

Questions about Marmot repairs
Do I send the whole tent for a pole repair?
No. Send only the poles. For fabric or zipper work, send the body or fly that needs it.
Is my repair covered under warranty?
We are the authorized repair facility for many companies that make outdoor gear, but always check with the manufacturer before sending us a warranty repair. Some companies require a return authorization number (RA#) that only the manufacturer can issue. If you have one, put it on your repair order. Rainy Pass Repair does not issue RA numbers.
