Waders fail at the seams, at the knees and at the seat long before the fabric wears out. We patch pinholes and tears with sealed repairs on waterproof-breathable fabric, rebuild knee and seat areas, replace front zippers and sliders, and fix gravel guards, belt loops and suspender hardware.
Orvis warranty and repair work comes through Rainy Pass. If you believe the problem is a manufacturing defect, contact Orvis first so they can authorize the repair. Otherwise send it directly to us and we quote before any work starts.
Waders must arrive clean and dry. If they have been in the water recently, add a Tech Wash to the order and we clean them first.

Questions about Orvis repairs
Can you find a slow leak?
Yes. Tell us where you get wet on the repair order and we test and patch that area. Pinhole leaks in breathable fabric are a sealed patch; seam leaks are re-taped.
Can you replace neoprene booties?
Bootie repairs are quoted after we see the wader. Some can be patched or re-seamed; a full bootie replacement depends on the construction.
Is my repair covered under warranty?
We are the authorized repair facility for many companies that make outdoor gear, but always check with the manufacturer before sending us a warranty repair. Some companies require a return authorization number (RA#) that only the manufacturer can issue. If you have one, put it on your repair order. Rainy Pass Repair does not issue RA numbers.
