Can you fix an older jacket the brand no longer supports?
Usually, yes. Age is not the issue; fabric condition is. Send photos with an estimate request and we tell you what is worth doing.
Is my repair covered under warranty?
We are the authorized repair facility for many companies that make outdoor gear, but always check with the manufacturer before sending us a warranty repair. Some companies require a return authorization number (RA#) that only the manufacturer can issue. If you have one, put it on your repair order. Rainy Pass Repair does not issue RA numbers.

I just received back the jacket I sent you for repair. Two things: First, holy moly, that was fast!! Second, you did an amazing job. The repair is unrecognizable as a repair, just perfect, and the zipper runs smoother than I recall it running even when new.
