Sitka pieces arrive with blown zippers, torn knees and cuffs, worn seat panels, chewed pocket corners and hardware pulled loose. We rebuild all of it and seal every patch on waterproof fabric so the garment performs like it did new.
Sitka warranty and repair work comes through Rainy Pass. If your issue is a manufacturing defect, start with Sitka so they can authorize the repair. If it is wear or damage, you can send it straight to us and we quote it before any work starts.
We also wash and restore DWR on Sitka outerwear with PFAS-free Revivex products, so add laundry to the same order if the piece has lost its water shedding.

Is my Sitka repair covered under warranty?
Check with Sitka first. Manufacturing defects are authorized by the brand and then repaired here; wear and damage you can send directly to us for a paid repair.
Can you match Sitka camo patterns?
Patches on the outside of a garment are visible and we cannot guarantee a pattern or color match. We keep a range of fabrics and will tell you what we have before we start.
My bibs have a torn knee and a stuck zipper. One order?
Yes. Put every repair for an item on one line of the repair order and we handle it all in one pass, including laundry if you add it.
