Level One repairs (hardware. seams, simple patches and zipper sliders) are currently Less than 2 weeks.

Level Two repairs (zipper replacements and complicated patches) are currently Less than 2 weeks.

Level Three repairs (zipper replacements and complicated patches) are currently Less than 2 weeks.

Level Four repairs (Alterations, modifications and complicated zipper replacements) are currently Less than 2 weeks.

Laundry services and walk in services remain at 1 week.

Rush repairs

If you have a trip planned please note the date on the repair form or tag. We will rush your item to make sure you receive it in time. Please allow us as much time as you can. As always, please call us if you have a question or are in a difficult situation.
